How are the products formulated?

The R&D department takes care of all questions relating to product formulation. Our products have a unique composition that you cannot find elsewhere.

Our laboratories are located in the south of France. This allows us to guarantee the quality of our products thanks to regular visits, the reduction of transport, but also to support the local economic fabric.

In parallel with the geographical location of proximity, all our laboratories are ISO 22000 (food safety), HACCP (food hygiene) and ECOCERT (Respect for production rules, quality packaging, origin of ingredients and traceability) certified.

What are the delivery times ?

We currently have an average of between 48 and 72 hours excluding public holidays and weekends.

Our after-sales service is available via the contact form or the chat at the bottom of the page from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Do you deliver abroad?

We currently deliver throughout France and in several countries internationally. We invite you to consult our delivery policy as well as our delivery costs here .

How to track my order ?

We provide a direct link in the chat at the bottom right to track your order. To do this, you only need to indicate the number of your order and your email address.
