Shipping Policy
If you place your order before 9 a.m., excluding weekends and public holidays, your order will be shipped the same day. All our deliveries are accompanied by a tracking number which is communicated when ordering. It allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.

For countries outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied. They are your responsibility and will be requested upon delivery of your package by the country's customs office.
The products are shipped to the postal address provided by the customer when ordering. The aforementioned maximum period is subject to the customer having provided a postal address, an email address and a valid telephone number.
Refund Policy
As our products are food supplements that can be assimilated into the category of foodstuffs, we cannot take back the product once delivered.
If proof of distribution is provided to us by our delivery providers, it will be impossible for us to reimburse your order if you have not received the package. The company assumes responsibility for any external events that could result in the customer not receiving the package (theft from the mailbox, receipt by a third party, etc.).
In the event that the customer has not been able to collect their package, it will be returned to us. Lundigo will then offer the customer to reship their order a second time in France free of charge. This latter procedure also applies to packages returned by the carrier following an incorrect delivery address or an unknown recipient. Parcels intended for countries other than France will be put back into stock and the customer will be immediately reimbursed for the entirety of their order excluding delivery costs.
In the event of receipt of defective products, the customer must inform the Lundigo company by email at contact@lundigo.fr within 24 hours of receipt of the order. He must indicate the order number, the batch number, information on the product and attach proof photos. Customer service will handle the complaint as quickly as possible in order to offer a compensation solution.
Finally, in the event of unavailability of a product ordered, the customer will be informed by any means. Following contact with our customer service, he will be able to inform the company if he wishes the resolution and reimbursement of his order which will take place within 14 days at the latest, or of his agreement to wait for restocking. of the product and to maintain your order which will be shipped as soon as possible. In the latter case, the customer may request a refund of their order at any time as long as they have not received confirmation of the shipment of their order from the Lundigo company.
