Product Returns

If you received a product that you do not wish to use or if you made an error during your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, undamaged and unopened.

To initiate the refund process, please contact us by e-mail at the following address: contact@lundigo.fr . We will then provide you with the necessary instructions for making the return.

Refund of Orders

If our delivery providers provide proof of delivery, we will not be able to refund your order if you declare that you have not received it. Please note that our liability ceases as soon as the package is safely delivered by our delivery services.

If an ordered product is unavailable, our customer service will contact you to inform you. You will have the choice of requesting a full refund for your order, which will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, or agreeing to wait for the product to be restocked. In the latter case, your order will be shipped as soon as the product is available. You can request a refund at any time until you receive shipping confirmation from us.

If you are unable to collect your package and it is returned to us, for packages intended for countries other than France, the products will be put back into stock, and you will be immediately refunded the total amount of your order .
